I am an international business professional specializing in inbound tourism, language education, and VIP private guiding in Naoshima and the Setouchi region of Japan.
I currently work in three areas:
- VIP Private Guiding in Naoshima & Setouchi
Private guiding for international visitors, with a focus on contemporary art, architecture, Japanese culture, local history, and island life.
- Inbound Tourism Consulting & Training
Supporting businesses and local governments with inbound tourism strategies and training.
- TOEIC × Career Strategy Coaching
Helping professionals improve their TOEIC scores and connect their English skills with career opportunities.
International Business Experience
I majored in Marketing at a university in the United States.
I spent 20 years in international sales at a major Japanese electronics company, including serving as Director of the company’s Beijing Office.
I later helped establish an international trading company, where I served as Vice President and later Advisor.
I have lived and worked in the United States, Singapore, and China for a total of 16 years, developing extensive experience in international business and cross-cultural communication.
Today, I combine this international business experience with my language and tourism expertise to support both international visitors and Japanese businesses and communities.
Naoshima & Setouchi
I provide VIP private guiding in Naoshima and Teshima, particularly for international visitors interested in art, architecture, Japanese culture, and the unique character of the Setouchi islands.
My guiding experience includes major art destinations such as:
Chichu Art Museum | Benesse House | Lee Ufan Museum | Valley Gallery | Naoshima New Museum
I am a National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter in English and Chinese.
I also served as an official guide for the Setouchi Triennale 2019.
Inbound Tourism
As an instructor for inbound tourism training programs, I have delivered training for local governments, tourism organizations, and accommodation providers in Kagawa and Ehime.
