🟣英語で「アイスキャンディー」は、

と言います。
イギリスでは、an ice lolly と言います。

🟣アイスキャンディーは、棒状の氷菓子を指し、日本ではアイスバーとも呼ばれます。ガリガリ君に代表されるような棒付きの氷菓子です。
英語では、ice pop が一般的です。
アメリカ合衆国とカナダでは登録商標のポプシクル（Popsicle）が非常に有名で半ば一般名称化しています。

Unlike ice cream or sorbet, which are whipped while freezing to prevent ice crystal formation, an ice pop is “quiescently” frozen—frozen while at rest—and becomes a solid block of ice.
The stick is used as a handle to hold it. Without a stick, the frozen product would be a freezie.
